Bison online

 Thanks to the project  “Bison online” of the Regional Management of the State woods in Belostok we have an opportunity to watch bison online. The camera is installed on the feeding platform in the Polish part of the Belovezhskaya Puscha in Brovsk forestry.

  Now everyone who visits the website of the project, can watch the bison behavior even at night. At night the camera makes video with infrared illumination. The project is educational and works to attract the tourists’ attention and to promote the idea of gentle care of nature. Moreover the staff of the National Park think that the technology of watching the animals online can be also used in professional environmental work as on the platform there appear other wild animals such as deer, wild boar, fox, marten, hare.
